great customer service at Hestra Gloves!

I think many here have Hestra's?  Awesome gloves. Anyway, I have 3 pair (suprised?) and my oldest pair of 4 years now started to get a little worn and one of the seams on the top of the glove started rubbing on my knuckle, I sent them in under warrenty since they have a lifetime warrenty, and I just heard they are not only replacing them with new gloves, they let me pick a different model as well.
