Nice job Phill...very creative and I like the set up in the front which would halt any lauch the torpedo mishaps.

The basement set up is sweet too.

Now make another 1,000 units and sell um for $29.95!

That home version looks good.  What's the width between the two cross members for the ski area ?  Looks like they get put in there individually and then paired up and strapped...

Here is a side view... The T connectors are butted up against each other. Total here is about $10.00 in materials. The max I could go in a single span was for 4 pair of skis, I have a 6 pair design that I will post later.

That's a really neat set up Phil. Look very simple to construct as well. Nice work!

I call it the "Six Pack" because it holds six pair, but also it can be built for about the cost of a good six pack of beer and can be put together and installed in less time it takes to drink a 6 pack.

This is V2.0 design, the first one held 4 pair but since I would need to hold more than that, it was back to the drawing board. Once I got past 4 pair of skis, the 3/4" PVC had too much flex. Time to make a 6 pack. My first one was a 3x2 set up (2 rows for 3 pair) but for where I needed to put it, the current 3+3 was a better design.

Thoughts?

VERY COOL! I like it. Can you explain how you get the skis in there? is it harder to loa dhtem after a couple of pairs are in the rack?

TGIF... Tips Go In First.

One ski then the other, the brakes or a strap will hold them together.
