Boy, I have to admit that their artist (Travis?) does some great work.  Creative and lovely to behold, but not arcane and childish like so much of the K2 stuff.

Just consistently unique, good looking skis.

yeah Travis Parr. I like most of his stuff, always very lush and intense. He did a fantastic job on this years graphics. all are similar in scheme and basci colors. All have that Dali, fluency about them.

They are no longer virgins and have been drilled. Ron does know which end of a drill to use.

The tool should be appropriate for the job...... ::)

Went down to Phils on Saturday,  he was kind enough to get my babbies all mounted up.  We had a lot of fun figuring out the right placement and I think they are all set up. They look great. I put Jesters on the Nomad and Griffon's on the Pilgrims.

BTW- Phil is looking good! He definitely has been getting ready for the season???

Phil
I didn't realize you could! ;) ;D

Have read of some of your rides  on epic. Sounds like you are getting strong.

It looks like someone from Icelantic has joined epic and posted a graphic pic of one of the skis with a plan for the graphix design

Hey Skied the SFT's this ski rocks folks!  Loved it. I have the 181 and it's perfect. I was on the 168 standard but the added length is a big help for my height of 6'.  More stability and edge hold, the 30% softer ski was really great, super nimble and quick. Easy to feather the edges, the ski has great feedback/feel.  Still rocked on soft groomers and you could arc' that sucker!

Already broken in, maybe even some South American hot sauce spicing up their performance?

OH!!!!   Nope they aren't going on sale. I am really satisfied with the performance of the Pilgrims and the Nomads. The Hellbents are a blast to bomb around on so its just a fun ski. I am waiting for the Icelantic Rocker though and I will buy that one and sell the HB's. Other than that. I need to ski more and stop letting outside influences affect my skiing.
