Heads up folks, it's a special birthday coming up on August 3rd for mr. Smoothie; Gary..... Lets all make sure we dish-out the Birthday greetings all day for him.......

It's another year...well...stran gely big in my brain....still...

Thanks Ron....there will be glasses a toasting before too long.

The body still working, the mind not so much..so no complaining here.  ;D

Have a wonderful birthday.? It may be a big one in your head, but that is only in your head.?
Your enjoyment of physical activity, your physical conditioning, your zest for life are the important things.? In that respect, you are still a young man.


Of course, the most important thing is knowing where you are in the wheels of life.? You don't have a Motor Home yet do you?? (I did).

I have to say that "our age" sounded a lot older when I was 30 than what it seems now.
