this one's just for fun, its from Dan and John Egan's 20 years of ski bumming video.  Some crazy skiing and totally awesome 80's skis and one-pieces (Dan still has the green one).  Make sure you watch the section where a huge chuck of mountain breaks off and almost takes out John. Supposedly, it's one of the most viewed skiing scene.

they were in 12 WM movies.  They were right there with plake, schmidt and the rest. VEry good friends with WM, still helps with the distribution and running of the annual movies.   Still very involved with filming and such.  He gave the group a re-release of 3 of his movies that are kind of cult movie classics, "return of the schred-I" is a classic 80's flick with lots of cheesy antics and neon one-pieces. some crazy lines.  I will bring them up to the boat. it has that video on as well.  Its just fun stuff.

I have had the opportunity to ski with Dan and John (and Eric & Rob) on a couple of occasions. These guys are such solid balanced skiers that is it amazing.  I will be skiing with Dan while you guys are at Steamboat in December, so don't feel back for me that I can't join you out there.

Yes, John wasn't in Chile but Dan's balance is amazing, his ability to ski, turn, land, launch on either foot is incredible. Part mountain goat for sure. He didn't do the drill with us, but I know one of his drills is to ski with your eyes closed. He stresses balance and trusting yourself skiing without self-doubt.
