Gary:

I think you have a strong case of "Plausible Deniability" here.? It is legally not your fault that Greg was able to find somebody with a bit of gray hair, take a horribly distorted picture and then represent that this unknown individual was you.? Certainly this individuals facial features are entirely distored and hidden through the bottom of the "beer mug", and then that item is itself distorted to appear larger than reality by the foreshadowing and the clever manipulations of the comeraman.? I've seen similar jobs of botched identity in the National Enquirer, some that have resulted in enormous lawsuits.

I think that Greg et.al. should be thanking their lucky stars that you have restrained your "desire for vindication through legal remedy" over the defamation of your character and the slanderous innuendos that they have posted in this forum.? In fact, as one of the moderators, I am somewhat embarrassed at the emotional turmoil you have probably undergone; especially the concern that your wife might someday see this picture of you with an attractive young lady in the background that is clearly giving you the come hither eye.? Can you imagine the duress when your grandkid(s) one day sees that picture and says, quite innocently "is that YOU grandpa??"? ?;D

So the voting begins now!!? Should we ban these heathens that have been casting such aspersions on your character??? ?>:D After all, we all know people that have been banned from forums for less??? >:D >:D

What makes the picture so great is that anyone who knows Gary realizes the irony, if he had actually even finished 1/2 a beer, he would have fell off his chair!

Gary, I would be proud of that picture!

And I do like the pictue...it show what a supportive wife I have... :D

As for Greg and any potential suit I may be considering.....Gre g buys the nicest table wines and sipping whisky and dare I put a crimp in his willingness to do so....

Back on target here!  The boat received a few inches Friday night, temps are good and there is a couple inches of natural on the ground. It's a little early too really start up the guns full-time so I would think the next couple of weeks to be the start of the real stuff as well as full-on snow making.

There is a possibility (low) that I could do the RS - December Steamboat thing. Could fly in 12/11 (Sun) and out (Fri). What are others travel plans.

that would be great Mike, that's about the same plan as most, pretty sure Greg, gary and Ed go home that Saturday, Jim leaves Thursday.  See, one big happy family of Herbavores, clendeninites and PSIA'rs  It's a good thing.
