Wow.  Nice pictures, but I really liked the composition of that last one with the snow chunks in front of the trees.

Meput:  very nice --   ;D   I appreciate the "melodies" reference.

The snow is here, the lifts are running, I'm here to serve as a guide. What are you waiting for?

More money in my account. :'(
And the time to spend it. :D

If I can't go skiing, at least pictures that make me want to go skiing helps the "melodies" of my mind

Max,
Great pics.....

I've always wondered just how many days you ski per year? My local area closed two months ago, just think of all the drills I could have done! ;D

The airport is only about an hour from the mountain.   :)

I didn't know about the Bend/Redmond airport.  I'd always assumed one had to fly to Portland.  The local airport seems to be mainly served by commuter aircraft.  Is flying skis in a reasonable option on these smaller planes?  Are there decent skis to be rented (with okay tunes when the snow isn't soft)?

I probably can't make it out there this summer, but it's nice to know there's another late season option besides A-basin.

Max is holding out on us. He posted more of the good stuff (pictures) over on the PMTS site. They are worth the visit.  8)

Once again Max is tormenting us over on the PMTS forum:http://www.pmts.org/pmtsforum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3400 .  He is out skiing at Mt Bachelor while the rest of us are biking and/or being couch potatoes watching the Tour de France. Thanks Max  >:(
