Hey Brad, I am in the wrong thread, but your mention of family in vermont got me thinking.
Glen Scanlon (I think that's the correct last name) is a PMTS trained footbed maker/boot fitter/coach.
Has a good rep with Harald. Is in New Hampshire, but a hook up might be possible. It's possible he's listed under  PMTS instructors on the HH site.
