hmmppfff.  Gonna have to break out the harmonica and start singing the blues.  The oppression.....
Say, you don't have a whip do you ::)

Dark chocolate...mmmm.  There is a place call Snowflake Chocolates on the drive back from Smuggler's Notch in Vermont.  We stopped there after skiing and hit the after Easter sale.  I walked out with a bag of dark chocolate novelties and eggs that was gluttonous.  On the plane ride back I sat next to a pilot heading home.  He bought a bag of peanut M&M's for his two children.???  I couldn't disappoint the children so I gave him two eggs.  Told him to tell the children he ran into the bunny at 30,000 ft on the way home from Easter.  I know, I know, a regular softie.

So tell me about RS3.  The 3rd installment of a Real Skiers gatheriing?

No whips....just wicked tongued ones whose quick wit is yes...mightier than the whip. Bring the harmonica for those long lift rides up Steamboat. Nothing like some Blues to get the spirits and the caffeine firing!

Just curious if you were wearing your bunny outfit at 30,000 feet.....I mean...you might want to bring it to RS3...you know...for our helmet cam....come on....you can do it!  >:D

We're targeting RS3 to be somewhere between the 10 and 17th of December...usually four days of skiing. Should be able to pin that down over the next couple of weeks. We find out who is going and then people start looking for room deals and roomates. It's always a great time with laughs and talk of gear, clothing and some great meals cooked in  and some great dinning out. I think you'd have a great time and the "boat" has decent snow conditions by then.

Hope you can find the time,
G

I thought I saw you eyeballing my cotton tail....no thanks, I would give you all enough laughs for the helmet cam without hopping suited down the bunny trail/slopes.

Steamboat, eh?  Can't talk now....checking out fares.....

Actually we have a family Christmas planned in Vermont and I don't know if I can slide another trip past "the unbeliever".

Hey Brad, I am in the wrong thread, but your mention of family in vermont got me thinking.
Glen Scanlon (I think that's the correct last name) is a PMTS trained footbed maker/boot fitter/coach.
Has a good rep with Harald. Is in New Hampshire, but a hook up might be possible. It's possible he's listed under  PMTS instructors on the HH site.

Hey thanks!

N.H. is just across the river, well, several rivers.  How long does it take to make a footbed?  I would only be up there for a couple days this December and would prefer to have it for skiing then.

Probably could fit you after skiing and have it the next day after skiing. Even better, call and ask how it goes.
