I'll leave you a carefully portioned 3 oz piece of meat and some vegetables cooked without salt and no butter...  :o :o :o The prunes are all yours. A good coffee drinker needs no prunes.... 8)

Please do not over compensate... slightly buttered and salted is fine....meat portion is fine...just don't leave your plate unattended...

AND...you're the only person I know that consumes the coffee grinds for ruffage. Udaman!... >:D

I think just a "Happy Meal" will be a fine choice.

Happy meal.... ???

Hmmm...anything with pasta is a happy meal for me....
well must add salmon, beef tenderloin, and what the heck...throw in some meatloaf....and finally, the feel good food that plugs your arteries faster then Sierra cement plugs a blue run.....Mac and Cheese...homemade. ;D ;D

Now...I'm hungry!

Gary all those things listed above are not on the childrens menu or the lite and healthy section.....  This means you wouldn't be happy with them... we are just looking out for you.  ;D

Merlot in a sippy cup is perfect for you!  We could even give you some "White Zinfendel" or blush wine if you prefer.......
