Da boys called me dis morning and said to be on the alert for some boat boy in yellow hair with his vessel tucked neatly under his chin. I headed for the Lake Ontario shore to my surface to surface missile offense system and locked and loaded my seek and destroy Viking signature vessels.

I have yet to receive my? ....well...requests . from Svend...and a ....well.....have been to the glue factory to retrieve certain body parts that are already in the mail. So there...I'm all done with that now.

Now...you heathens....I'll take my pasta anyway I can get it....I fear no boys from the old country and those Italians north of the lake are my cousins....ALL of them.....so there....I'm all done with that now!? >:(

AND Svend.....glad to see that we at least have one thing in common.....we like our skinny skis!? :o

It's a good thing I'm in a good mood after skiing at Holiday Valley yesterday..... 8)

Geeze...now that I think of it....the Italians will have a STRONG representation at RS3....even though they can't agree on anything especially what to prepare angle hair pasta with.....the North Atlantic, Lake Ontario Italian Naval Guard is on alert and ready to bear arms, slings and skis...let's get it on.....so there....I'm all done with that!? ;D

Now.....someone bring me a glass of vino!? ;D

PS...that photo of Svend was part of his final college engineer project...younger indeed...but it's still him...? >:D

Sven likes skinny skis? what are you skiing on Sven?  No viking worth his weight in pillaged salt would ski on anything less than 80mm ski on soft snow.... ??? ??? ::)

Oh the gaunlet yet drops again....

If a mighty Viking like Svend, his fighting ship and blond hair can all be supported by those tiny toothpicks....

Then why oh why would any true warrior skier need more.....just more weight to lug around and a much larger carbon footprint in the snow...think green here man....it's all heading back to thin skis my brother.....minimiz e tree harvesting....ski skinny!!!!  ;D

Hey, I'm an eastern skier...70mm is my max. ?But, as any good viking knows, it's not the size of the weapon, it's how good the warrior is that's wielding it. ? ;D ;D ;D ?Besides, the bigger the sword, the more cumbersome it becomes...it's all about swing weight, baby....

And hey Gary! If you wanted some good pasta from the Italian capital of North America ?8) :P, that you couldn't get down there, you just had to ask! Amico...I'll send you as much as you need. ?

And hey, my new Supershape Speeds are in the shop as we speak, getting the bindings set up.  It's been snowing a lot lately, so the hills should be open soon! Can't wait to try the new boards!

Should be fantastic skis.  My wife has the previous generation, and they were generally regarded as some of the best GS-style, hard snow skis available.  She loves them, and can do just about anything except deep powder.  The new ones have a slightly tighter turn radius and are a tad wider all around, but should still be superb.

Svend....you know I love the SS so you'll have to give us the "skinny" (keehee hee) on those bad boys.

ROn's just got the SS MAGs and Jim has them too...I think Greg just tried the Mags and loved them.
